<p>When I was 17 I started my own photography business.<br><br>Being an entrepreneur has taught me many things, it even led to a professional career as an Art Director.<br><br>After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Advertising, the American Advertising Federation recognized me as one of the Most Promising Multicultural Students of 2024. <br><br>I interned at Energy BBDO in Chicago, where I worked on brands like Jack Daniel's, The General Insurance, Starbucks and more. I also enjoyed being a member of the DEI committee. <br><br>Now, I work full-time at BBDO MW in Minneapolis, MN as an Art Director. I work on the Hormel Foods team, creating powerful work for brands like SPAM, Planters, Skippy, and many others. <br><br>I work on several independent creative projects as well. I just completed a Creative Fellowship where I co-designed a BHM clothing collection along with 7 other BIPOC creatives. <br><br>I am also working as an Art Director for a AD2 Public Service campaign, where we are working with a Native American non-profit to create a fully integrated creative campaign.<br><br>I am passionate about mentorship and I am a mentor for the AAF's MPMS program for 2025, as well as a mentor for the AEF's MADE program for 2025.</p>
