She got her start at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY through the competitive Young Blood program, quickly rising through the ranks to become an Art Director. Along the way, she’s worked on brands like Mountain Dew, Nissan, Travelers Insurance, and Hilton Hotels. She later joined Ogilvy NY’s Open X team as a Senior Art Director for Coca-Cola, shaping global campaigns for Powerade and Fanta. Now at Wieden+Kennedy NY, she’s writing her next chapter and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Anika has been recognized by Business Insider as one of the 35 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue, and she’s a proud alum of The 4A’s MAIP Fellowship, The One Club’s mentorship program, and The LIAisons Global Creative program. Dedicated to lifting up the next generation of talent, she’s been a mentor at The One School since 2022 and Women Who Create since 2020.</p>
