Before joining VML, she was at DDB Chicago, where she played a key role in bringing brands like IMAX, McDonald’s, Hefty, and Reynolds into the cultural spotlight. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Niharika co-founded the DEI committee, working to create a more inclusive environment within the Omnicom network.</p> <p dir="ltr">But Niharika’s journey goes beyond her work in advertising. She’s been a globetrotter from day one—living on a ship for eight years and later calling cities like Dubai and Mumbai home. This diverse upbringing shaped her deep-rooted desire to tell stories that are not just powerful, but also inclusive and meaningful.</p>
