<p>Hi! <br><br>I am Delphine, currently working at VML Belgium as Growth Manager. Before my job at VML I was communication & project manager at WPP and started up WelcomeTalent, a program that aims to attract and inspire young talent with a diverse ethnic background. Truly grateful that I could be part of program that had a positive impact on 35 participants.
