With degrees in Sociology (BA Bucknell, MA UNC Chapel Hill) and experience spanning higher education leadership to corporate equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, I bring a rare combination of academic rigor and practical application to every challenge.</h1> <h1 dir="ltr">As Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at McKinney, I've sought to be an industry influencer who makes the invisible visible—creating pathways into advertising while ensuring authentic representation within it. I have spoken at the World Woman Foundation in Davos, Cannes International Festival of Creativity, the Pride and Inclusivity Summit in NYC, and the VCU Brandcenter.</h1> <h1 dir="ltr">What distinguishes my approach is a leadership philosophy grounded in curiosity, sustained by humility, and advanced through courage. My professional journey includes everything—from teaching in a correctional facility, to serving as on-site commissioner for a Midnight Basketball program, to hosting a listening party at the Kennedy Center.
