Like the little engine that could, my journey in public relations has been driven by resilience, determination, and an unwavering passion for impactful storytelling. From an early age, I knew my purpose lay behind the scenes—strategically pulling the strings to amplify diverse voices and create lasting change. This vision guided me as I built my own social impact firm from the ground up, learning as I went but always staying focused on my mission. My career has taken me from securing media placements with industry giants like Fox Broadcasting Company, NBCUniversal, Def Jam Records, CBS Television, and PS Media Talent to wrangling talent for prestigious red carpet events such as the NAACP Image Awards and BET Hip-Hop Awards. Through my agency, I've developed strategic content for clients and myself, earning features on prominent platforms like BET, Black Enterprise, Hot 97, The Breakfast Club, VH1, and Fast Company. My philanthropic efforts include partnerships with the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles and New York, and I am a former board member of its Maryland chapter. As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and an alumna of Lincoln University, I understand the transformative power of education and strive to embody the mantra, 'The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.' My entrepreneurial ventures—including The PR Circle, Hustle Sold Separ8ly clothing, and the Can’t Knock the Hustle journal—reflect my commitment to inspiring others and providing actionable strategies for success.
