Through her minor, she would partake in a variety of marketing and sync licensing internships. Her decision to pursue a career in the creative industries was reaffirmed by her participation in Diaspora Crossings, a career prep program, and CultureCon, a conference for creatives of color. She would then complete her Master's in Global Entertainment and Music Business from the Berklee College of Music, which piqued her interest in supporting diverse storytelling in areas including music and TV.
