<p>Drake K. Hall is the Associate Director of Diversity Partnerships at Omnicom Health Group (OHG). In this role he is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to partner with diverse talent sources, while managing mutually beneficial relationships with diverse external organizations and program manages two student development programs. In 2022, he joined as Diversity Partnership Manager and was promoted to his current role in January 2024.&nbsp;</p> <p>Previously, he spent over five years working at Honda Motor Co., where he held various diversity, equity and inclusion and communication roles. Piror to joining OHG, he served as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where he advised employee resource groups, managed external partnerships, and collaborated with Human Resources on talent strategies.&nbsp;</p> <p>Drake holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs from Harris-Stowe State University. When he&rsquo;s not working, Drake enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and scouting out the best brunch restaurants. He is originally from St. Louis, Mo and currently resides in Kansas City, Mo.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
