<p class="MsoNormal">Dasia Jones is a passionate brand marketing and digital and social media professional. With 3+ years of experience in her specialty, she is known for championing her work at the intersection of culture and social media to foster authentic storytelling. Since the start of her career, Dasia has earned a reputation as a respected subject matter expert and junior leader.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">A Senior Account Executive in the Social and Innovation practice at FleishmanHillard, Ms. Jones embraces diverse perspectives to support strong offensive and defensive communication and marketing strategies for corporate and executive channels across industries. Since joining FleishmanHillard in October 2021, she has supported clients including Ross Dress For Less, Chase Bank, Helzberg Diamonds, Cannes Can: Diversity Collective, Crocs, JetBlue, UPS, Intuitive Surgical and Providence Health System, among others.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">In addition to counseling clients, Dasia supports global DEI initiatives as a counselor in the TRUE MOSAIC practice leveraging an industry-leading toolstack to support multicultural communications, as the Atlanta Diversity Champion, planning and leading activations for her office of 20+ professionals, and as social and digital lead for the agency&rsquo;s Race and Culture Media + Platforms team.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">She also has three years of experience in DEI and higher education. Before joining FleishmanHillard, she served at her college as a leader of DEI and student-faculty affairs. In her role as the Student Government Association's Director of Diversity and Inclusion and experience on various administrative councils, Dasia was dedicated to instilling a strong sense of belonging and support within the campus community.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">She held DEI and social media internships at both the NAACP and FOX Factory Inc.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Outside of work, she loves to lead her young adult ministry "1-800-PRAYFORME" in Atlanta, GA. There, she blends creativity and tradition to create uplifting community for Black and Brown young adults 18-35.</p>
