<p>Hi, I'm Kaicy! I'm a multinational, curious marketer with a passion for strategy. I fell in love with the art of marketing strategy when I was first introduced to it as an intern at IPG Mediabrand's Initiative and have since been challenged every day to expand my worldview through persistently researching, learning more about companies, industries, and consumer psychology, and applying frameworks to turn data and information into actionable strategies. Although I have experience across the in-house and agency marketing levels and with different industries, I am eager to gain more exposure through immersive experiences, hearing new voices, and keeping an open and ever-curious mindset to push the barriers of the marketing industry.</p>
