<p dir="ltr">I'm a product marketing manager with nearly nine years of experience in the tech industry, focusing on strategic growth and revenue through monetization. My true passion lies in promoting and amplifying diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), integrating it into the core of every company I work with.</p> <hr> <p dir="ltr">Early in my career, I led an Employee Resource Group (ERG), creating safe and thriving spaces. I drove significant change and later secured half a million dollars in funding from leadership to support small Black businesses, while consistently weaving DEI into all aspects of my role.</p> <hr> <p dir="ltr">As my career progressed, I joined the ADCOLOR ADVISORY BOARD's learning and development committee to support others earlier in their journeys. Approaching my fifth year on the board, I remain energized to keep DEI at the forefront.</p> <hr> <p dir="ltr">In the current challenging climate, where DEI is questioned, my resolve has strengthened. This has fueled my determination to amplify diversity and showcase its vital role in shaping our world.</p>
