I'm an Brazilian advertising professional from São Paulo driven by a real desire for transformation. With approximately 13 years of experience in the communications market, I began my professional journey at the now defunct Metrô News, a traditional newspaper in São Paulo, and soon after that I worked with digital media at important agencies such as VMLY&R, Isobar, Tribal, F/Nazca and Africa, serving to accounts from different segments and with great challenges, in the advent of digital culture, content and influence. In 2019 I created Black Influence, an agency specializing in influence with a focus on diversity and which in a short time became a reference and synonymous with representation in the national market. I have accumulated some important recognitions that always drive me and make me believe in the purpose of my work: I was the youngest professional in history to be nominated for the Caboré Award, the main award in the national advertising industry, I entered the coveted Forbes Under 30 list, as one of the young people under 30 with the greatest prominence in their areas of activity, I was elected as a of the most influential black people in the world by the UN's MIPAD, as a LinkedIn Top Voices Next Gen for being one of the most relevant voices on the platform and I was recognized by YOUPIX as one of the 15 professionals who helped build the content and influence market in Brazil . I actively participate in global events such as SXSW and Cannes Lions Festival, in addition to being part of the jury for important awards such as the Effie Awards and participating in several panels throughout Brazil, at events such as Rio2C, ProXXIma, RD Summit, Liberatum, YouPix Summit and MMA Impact. I also act as a mentor for influencers, I am a member of the MMA Latam Board and I am part of the Ambev creative council.
