<p>My name is Paula, and I’m a 31-year-old Brazilian content creator and content manager at Droga5 Brazil. <br><strong>But I’m so much more than that. Also, I’m a ballroom mother, a volleyball player and a fashion designer. <br><br></strong>However, I wasn't always this way. Growing up in a small city in the south of Brazil, I spent much of my life unaware of my talents because they didn't fit the mold I was expected to fill. <br><br>Six years ago, I moved to São Paulo with a few random jobs on my resume and a strong desire for knowledge and growth. I began my career in advertising, assisting producers and gradually moving into different positions until I reached my current role as a Content Manager. </p> <p>Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate to work at my dream job—something I didn't even know I could aspire to for a long time.
