About

Adiya Mobley is a Senior Vice President and Partner with nearly 15 years of experience helping clients build and protect their reputations while navigating big moments of change within their organization. Her expertise exists where values-led corporate strategy meets stakeholder expectations.    Adiya’s experience combines an understanding of corporate reputation, issues/crisis management, internal/employee communications and integrated brand communications to deliver results and drive business outcomes. Adiya is also the Global Practice Lead FleishmanHillard’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) communications capability, helping global client leaders drive organizational change and center DE&I at the cornerstone of their brand and reputation. Additionally, Adiya is an experienced workshop facilitator and is certified in TRUE Self, FleishmanHillard’s best in class corporate positioning methodology.   In 2022, Adiya was honored the PRWeek 40 Under 40 award for her contributions to the field of communications. In 2021, Adiya was appointed by the CEO to the Cabinet of FleishmanHillard, joining the firm’s executive leadership team to foster transformation within the organization and help drive the firm’s business strategy forward. Adiya currently serves on the boards of PRSA North Capitol Chapter and Women Who Create, an organization breaking down systemic barriers through mentorship to uplift, inspire, and empower creative women of color.   In 2008, Adiya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in African American Studies from Rowan University. Adiya currently resides in Washington, D.C.
