Understanding the cognitive dissonance that occurs in people’s everyday lives and how it affects their purchasing decisions fascinates me. I help companies move at the “speed of culture”. I embrace complexity and aim to be a “culture add” and not a “culture fit”. I actively expose myself to multiple worldviews that make me a better strategist and a better person. This aids me in my goal to create a more inclusive workplace where everyone is valued equally no matter their background or circumstances as well as lead brands to their full potential. This ideal workplace can only become tangible when people commit to building a safe space for all. DE&I isn’t a trend. It’s our reality. So let’s start living in it.</span></p>
