Crystal McDuffy is a dynamic marketing leader and content creator. She has spent five years at Google, where she currently serves as a Brand Marketing Manager for Google Chrome. Crystal has held roles in growth and product marketing, making history as Google’s youngest-ever Product Marketing Manager at age 23. She has been a trailblazer in diversity and inclusion, founding a marketing Diversity and Equity council that grew to over 100 members and raised over  $100,000 for BLM initiatives. In her current role, she spearheads Google Chrome’s cultural marketing strategy, collaborating with high-profile talent like Maluma, Kwame Onwuachi, and Olamide Olowe (founder of Topicals). Beyond her corporate career, Crystal is a content creator and speaker with a platform of over 60,000 followrrs on TikTok. She uses her platform to amplify discussions on career, beauty, and social issues for Black women. Her impact has been recognized by the Tribeca Film Festival, naming her one of NYC’s “Up Next” creators. Looking ahead, Crystal is poised to make an even greater mark in marketing, content creation, and advocacy for women of color—whether as a senior marketing leader, an entrepreneur, or both.
