With a background in Computer Science from BITS Pilani (Dubai) and a Master's in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, I bring a unique combination of technical fluency and creative insight to every project.</p> <p data-start="561" data-end="905">My career began in the UAE, where I supported business development and client engagement using tools like Tableau and CRM platforms. Since relocating to the U.S., I&rsquo;ve led client relationships and delivery coordination as an Account Manager at Excel Tek in Austin, TX&mdash;improving satisfaction and delivery outcomes across U.S. and offshore teams.</p> <p data-start="907" data-end="1293">I&rsquo;ve also driven digital content strategy for The Estate at River Run, producing real-time event coverage, seasonal marketing campaigns, and high-performing social content. My work on academic projects, including communication audits and strategic campaigns for nonprofit and cultural institutions, has strengthened my skills in audience research, message design, and campaign planning.</p> <p data-start="1295" data-end="1540">I&rsquo;m proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Brandwatch, Asana, and Zoho CRM.
