Sports taught me the foundational principles for success in life. I’ve taken those lessons and applied them to create opportunities for growth and optimism. When people ask whether the glass is half full or half empty, I always respond: “The glass is always full—half with liquid, half with my optimism."</p> <p data-start="414" data-end="921">I’ve learned to give 110% effort to deliver results—not just for clients and their consumers, but most importantly, for our business to ensure ROI is always top of mind. This mindset has also inspired me to seek the same level of results within myself. By investing in both myself and the organization, I’ve grown from a mentee to an account manager to an equity & belonging manager. Intrapreneurship is my finest skill, as adaptability and a willingness to learn have proven to be my most valuable assets.</p>
