About

Advocacy has been central to my journey. Growing up in Boston, I experienced the challenges of navigating predominantly white spaces and saw the impact of systemic inequities firsthand. With parents dedicated to civil rights law and community health, I developed a deep appreciation for justice, equity, and public engagement—principles that have guided my career in communications.

As a Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard, I specialize in corporate reputation, integrated and multicultural media, and societal issues management. There, I lead a specialized taskforce helping clients navigate an increasingly uncertain business landscape, preparing for crises and key cultural moments that shape public perception. My work spans industries, from financial services to technology and consumer brands. Through it all, I'm focused on ensuring companies approach communications on these topics with authenticity and strategy—driving real impact rather than making performative gestures.

I began my career in corporate and technology PR, honing expertise in media strategy, reputation management, and corporate responsibility for B2B and technology brands. However, my commitment to inclusion was evident early on as I led employee-driven initiatives, built networks for Black and underrepresented professionals, and spearheaded workplace equity programs. These experiences solidified my focus on driving meaningful change from within and ultimately shaped my path as a strategic advisor.

My mission is clear: to embed equity and inclusion into corporate and societal progress. Whether advising clients in crisis, shaping responsible business strategies, or mentoring future leaders, I remain committed to fostering lasting impact through corporate reputation and communications strategies
