At Google, she spearheads a global initiative dedicated to expanding access to technology careers and empowering the next generation of technologists to innovate at scale.</p> <p data-start="378" data-end="1144">Her global perspective is shaped by her travels to over 54 countries and a career that began with the <strong data-start="672" data-end="718">U.S. Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic</strong>. She later held impactful roles at the <strong data-start="758" data-end="798">U.N. World Food Programme in Liberia</strong> and <strong data-start="803" data-end="850">World Vision International in Latin America</strong>, focusing on economic development and social justice. Her expertise in policy and philanthropy deepened through roles at the <strong data-start="976" data-end="1054">Clinton Foundation, the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation,</strong> and the <strong data-start="1063" data-end="1098">Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation</strong>.</p> <p data-start="1146" data-end="1602">Rachelle earned her <strong data-start="1166" data-end="1194">MBA from Duke University</strong> and transitioned into tech, joining <strong data-start="1231" data-end="1244">Microsoft</strong> to manage global industry partnerships. Her work has earned her recognition as one of <strong data-start="1492" data-end="1538">Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40</strong> and a spot on <strong data-start="1553" data-end="1599">ESSENCE magazine’s inaugural Power 40 list</strong>.</p> <p data-start="1604" data-end="1822">Outside of work, Rachelle is a <strong data-start="1635" data-end="1664">certified yoga instructor</strong>. She is also an entrepreneur, storyteller, and advocate, committed to creating opportunities for others to thrive.</p>
