<p>One of the earliest pieces of advice my parents gave me that has always stuck with me is to "leave the world better than you found it". As a self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, I strive to use this mantra in all of my endeavors - always thinking about how I can further enhance any spaces I take up whether through my professional ventures or my local, national, and international communities that I have the pleasure of serving.</p> <p>Hailing from the Sunshine State, I aim to transform the media and martech industries by cultivating an environment where underrepresented communities feel valued, supported, and inspired to share their unique gifts and perspectives with the world. I proudly come from a long line of educators, musicians, and athletes who instilled in me the values of hard work, grit, resilience, patience, drive, and excellence. My family has supported the development of pupils in Tampa, Florida for the past 50 years. I want to continue the legacy of my bloodline by using my time, talents, and testimony to empower the next generation and those around me. </p> <p>I am an action-oriented servant leader, passionate mentee and mentor, and driven digital marketing professional. I work as a Senior Associate, Digital at Hearts & Science where I activate, execute, and analyze multi-million dollar digital campaigns for Warner Bros. Discovery. I also serve as co-chair of Omnicom Media Group's Black Leadership Network. Before my work in entertainment, I worked in the health and wellness sector for Takeda Pharmaceuticals' Entyvio brand. Before my work at Hearts & Science, I worked at a sister OMG agency, Resolution, where I gained experience in the luxury and CPG verticals on the Mercedes-Benz USA and Sovos Brands accounts. I served as the youngest Resolution Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Committee (RIDE) Champion, where I curated programming that increased meaningful employee and community engagement. As someone who is often the youngest or "only" in settings, I stand in my authenticity while breaking down doors and through glass ceilings to pave the way for those who come after me.</p>
