<p>I am a proud wife, mother of 3, Haitian-born, Giants and Knicks loving New Yorker! I am also an account management professional with 20 years of experience within various industries, including financial, health insurance, and healthcare advertising. My areas of expertise include exemplary account and financial management, and guiding teams to deliver strategic and creative executions on brief, on time, and on budget. My experience tapping into patient insights brings a holistic perspective when ideating and crafting solutions for consumers. I am passionate about helping shape consumer behaviors and strive for an integrated and collaborative partnership with my clients, colleagues, and all agency partners.</p> <p>Cultivating equitable and diverse spaces for myself and others to flourish is deeply important to me. I was a founding council member of We@IPGHealth, an employee-led group committed to a more diverse, inclusive and equitable culture within our network. I served as a co-chair for 2.5 years, and continue to serve as a Senior Advocate. I hold a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University and am a graduate of Mercy University with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. I enjoy gardening, movies, dancing and playing games and traveling with family & friends.</p> <p> </p>
