<p>My career coach asked me recently, "what would life look like without fear?". Ever since that conversation, I've been pushing myself to move fearlessly.&nbsp;</p> <p>After seven years in the industry, I've realized I reserve the right to have my voice heard. I reserve the right to make mistakes and grow. And that I reserve the right to bring my authentic self into the spaces I find myself in.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've made a vow to myself to uphold the promises I make myself and to others. Whether it's mentoring a student, passing along a resume, or following through on a task, I keep my promises.&nbsp;</p> <p>And by keeping those promises it's given me the confidence to bring my humour, postivity and experience into every room I enter.
