Her professional journey started on the campus of North Carolina Central University – an HBCU in Durham, North Carolina. While there she discovered her passion for creative writing and started a blog focused on professional development. During this time she led monthly office activations to foster community and connection within the workplace. Additionally, Terri joined FH4Inclusion, the agency’s global pro-bono and volunteer initiative. In addition to being a core team member and supporting this initiative she contributed three months of PR counsel support to a mental health non-profit dedicated to connecting Black female youth to wellness resources.</span></p>
