<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">I am currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the Talent &amp; Inclusion team for American Family Insurance. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Prior to that role, I worked in Ethiopia and Malawi as a micro-insurance consultant developing inclusive solutions for low-income consumers. I was drawn to a position that would combine my love for social impact and my business background. I </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">began my career at Swiss Re working as an underwriter.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">I love being active in my community.
