Like (he assumes) all the great filmmakers of history, he was kind of a loser in high school, which left him plenty of time to fall in love with movies. With a deep love for compelling characters, he constantly strives to diversify the identities and experiences shown onscreen, drawing on his multicultural background to inform his approach. Andrew lives in New York, where he enjoys getting lost on the subway, reading in the park, and endlessly rewatching “The Talented Mr. Ripley”. He currently works as a writer and filmmaker for the Google Creative Lab.
