<p dir="ltr">Hi, I'm Kristin! I'm a social impact and creative leader who works to deliver effective strategies that drive equity through inclusive media, storytelling, and community engagement.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Currently, I lead Spotify&rsquo;s strategy for Gender and LGBTQIA+ equity, Cultural Moments Marketing and Engagement, and Spotify&rsquo;s Creator Equity strategy, which is focused on resourcing and uplifting the next generation of underrepresented artists, creators, and storytellers to shape a more diverse and inclusive platform and industry.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Outside of work, I sit on the United Nations Foundation Five for 5 Roundtable to support the SDG 5 in support of gender equality, I'm a member of the 2023 ADCOLOR LEADERS cohort, and I serve as a ADCOLOR FUTURES Mentor.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">I work to help my community feel seen, supported and celebrated as an Ambassador with the National Museum of African American History and Culture and member of the Black Tech Collective in Washington, D.C.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
