<p class="p1">I am Kayla Thomas, a first-year Music Industry major with a Business concentration at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I’ve always been fascinated by the behind-the-scenes work in building and sustaining an artist’s career. I’m particularly drawn to artist management because it combines strategy, creativity, and relationship-building. I have held several leadership roles with non-profit organizations and am expanding my networking and internship experience with other music companies. I love networking and am becoming more comfortable speaking with others to learn about their career paths, daily responsibilities as artist managers, and any advice they may have for pursuing a career in the music industry. I aim to build connections and relationships within this close-knit community, ensuring my voice is heard, and my artist is recognized worldwide. </p>
