For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been curious about how things work. I spent countless hours messing with screens and breaking my favorite games to see how far I could push the limits. My first real exposure to software came when I took a high school "programming" class. We would write VBA scripts to do super simple things like say "Hello" and count up and down with a button. I didn’t fully understand everything at the time, but I was hooked. There was something incredibly satisfying about solving problems with code. As I explored more, I started to teach myself more complex languages, like Java, Python, and frontend languages like HTML and Frameworks like React and NEXTjs, and built small projects just for fun. Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just a hobby—it was something I could turn into a career. To pursue that goal, I enrolled in the Computer Science bachelor's program at Kean University. That experience shaped my understanding of not just programming, but also how software can impact people’s lives. Since then, I’ve worked on building web applications, designing APIs, and working on backend infrastructure to better my understanding of the skills needed for a full-stack developer. Each challenge has taught me something new, whether it’s debugging tough issues, learning to collaborate on a team, or managing time on bigger projects. Today, I’m continuing to grow as a developer and looking forward to the next challenge. I’m especially passionate about building fully fleshed-out projects from start to finish, incorporating all my knowledge into what could potentially turn into something bigger. And as I look back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and excited for what’s ahead.
