<p class="p1">With over a decade of experience in education, diversity, and social justice work, I am deeply committed to addressing systemic inequities. As an educator, researcher, and community advocate, my work focuses on the intersections of race, education, and policy&mdash;particularly the lasting impact of redlining on Black and Brown communities. Currently, my research examines the legacy of racist housing policies in Syracuse, NY and their ongoing effects on access to resources, employment, and education. My goal is to bridge historical analysis with actionable change, ensuring that marginalized voices are centered in conversations about equity and urban development.</p>
