<p data-start="117" data-end="469">My name is Barbs, and I am a Cuban-American art director originally from Miami and currently based in Los Angeles. I have over 10 years of experience in the industry, working across a myriad of industries such as beverage, QSR, CPG, automotive, and tech. I've had the opportunity to lead 360 campaigns, global launches, and design rebrands for top brands.</p> <p data-start="471" data-end="793">As a woman of color with Latin heritage, my unique experiences allow me to bring a fresh perspective to both the work and the workplace. I am a fierce protector of the next generation of creatives. As a leader, my main priority is to instill confidence in my team and foster a creative environment where they can flourish.</p> <p> </p>
