About

Many may not know, but I am a formally trained communication professional. I obtained my undergrad degree in Advertising/Communications with a Theater Minor from Salem State College. Originally from Alabama, Mobile and Daphne to be exact, but also from another state as I'm bi-racial and my Black father's side of the family is in Georgia. I lived in my white alabama culture in Daphne, and found myself at the intersection of the intersectionality of north, south, white, black and also not knowing much about our culture. That is what made me want to advocate for the voiceless and those that have been misunderstood.

In my professional life, I was able to make life amazing as the first in my family to go to college and get multiple degrees and then I was able to be found by many mentors and champions that saw my passion and desire to keep going. Many helped me and thus, that made me want to give back to others, much is given - much is expected!

Formerly the most successful, Director of Diversity at the One Club for Creativity as I was responsible for a small department of one, that I strategically turned into a massive money making, talent finding, and well oiled machine that worked seamlessly with the One Club Board of Directors AND the multiple agencies and production houses we worked with. I managed to expand the current programming footprint from 7 U.S. city sites and 3 countries to 11 new U.S. city sites and 7 new countries with a substantial uptick in agency employee participation as mentors and hiring pathways that increased net revenue by 75%.

Today, I oversee brand activations and event programming and business development productions for a multitude of brands, companies, and individuals. In addition, I am a motivational speaker for women and girls plus youth empowerment. My current clients include personalities, actors, influncers, non-profits, and for profit entities in the north east and international landscape.
