About

I am a host and storyteller, driven by a deep passion for using the power of storytelling and advocacy to create community and champion diverse marketing strategies in the technology industry.

My experiences as a Cameroonian immigrant and a first-gen college graduate have infused my work with a deep-seated passion for service. Before joining Microsoft, I had the privilege of serving as the National Secretary of Business Professionals of America, a Career and Technical Student Organization dedicated to shaping future business leaders. During this time, I collaborated closely with the Delaware Department of Education, delivering impactful keynote speeches nationwide, and designing workshops focused on business education and professional development. It was in these moments that I discovered my love for storytelling, recognizing its profound ability to shape perceptions and empower people.

Now, as a Communications Manager at Microsoft, I have the privilege of holding Microsoft accountable to its brand and community commitments by driving communications strategies and employee engagement & advocacy around key heritage moments and tentpole campaigns. As someone who understands the deep connection between culture, employees, and brand identity, I cultivate global, culturally relevant campaigns that foster brand love. Whether it's through advancing social impact by leading PR for Pride campaigns that have 2B+ impressions, scaling global engagement to 94K+ people for initiatives like 'The Reheat with Keith Lee', which supports small businesses through AI learnings, or fostering employee learning and diverse perspectives for 23K+ professionals as the moderator coach for Microsoft’s speaker series, Outside In, I have seen firsthand how storytelling can drive meaningful change and inspire others. My mission is to shape the industry's evolution by amplifying diverse narratives—ensuring they are not only heard but valued—paving the way for genuine progress.

Outside of work, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community by mentoring undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds. As an immigrant, the cornerstone of my success has always been the mentors whose guidance has shaped me in ways I could never fully repay. Now as a mentor, I find immense joy in paying it forward by supporting students who share my background and experiences. In my free time, you can find me on a quest to find the best french toast in NYC, getting lost in the latest romance novel, or exploring new destinations on Google Flights, always searching for my next adventure.
