I apply this to everything that I do, especially my career.&nbsp; I&rsquo;m very adamant about increasing diversity within the advertising industry, and have made it a mission of mine to always create work that is rooted in authentic cultural insights, positively portrays minorities, and sparks a new way of thinking. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded Multicultural and Total Market campaigns across all platforms that challenged brands to step outside of their comfort zone, and create disruptive engaging work. </span></p>
