With a background in IT, Graphic Design, Marketing, &amp; Engineering, I pursued degrees in Art &amp; Advertising/Public Relations, but struggled to find my place as a creative while still remaining passionate about the WHY. </span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="background-color: #444654; color: #d1d5db; font-family: S&ouml;hne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap;">As a freelance graphic designer at smaller agencies, I honed my skills and worked with stakeholders, but soon realized that my passion for design could be put to greater use. I discovered UX design and, starting from scratch, used free online resources and various learning platforms to develop a strong foundation in user-centered design principles. I landed a role at MINTNFT, a Web3 NFT Marketplace startup, where I collaborated with a cross-functional team and learned about Web3. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I attend conferences and seek out mentorship opportunities to further develop my skills and stay current in the field of UX and Web3.</span></p>
