Role Description

UI/UX Designer We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. You'll own the design process from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready interfaces, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockupsDesign and maintain a consistent design system / component libraryTranslate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designsCollaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycleIterate on designs based on user feedback and data insightsEnsure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standardsPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholdersStay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile productsProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinkingExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systemsUnderstanding of accessibility standards and responsive designAbility to translate user research and data into design decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to Have Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developersExperience with motion design / micro-interactionsFamiliarity with user research methods and usability testing toolsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsWhat We Offer Competitive salary and benefitsFlexible/remote work optionsCreative, collaborative team cultureOpportunities for professional growth and skill development
