About the Instructor:

With an over 26-year journey, Rod Goodman has been a leading professional in retail portrait headshot photography (meaning being hired directly by the end consumer, rather than an art director). Originating from Los Angeles, he captured over 25,000 actors from ‘97 to ‘05. In 2005, wanting a change, Rod relocated to New York City, where he shifted gears to cater to corporate clients. Infusing his “actor’s approach” into corporate portraits, Rod works to capture an honest, nuanced portrait in the very short amount of time that he’s normally given.
